2. Services Offered
We facilitate Vedic pujas, live darshan, astrology consultations, japa & anushthan, chadhava offerings, and sale of sacred items via verified pandits, astrologers, and temples.
3. Booking & Sankalp
- You must provide accurate name, gotra, and intention. Incorrect details may affect the sankalp.
- Puja dates are subject to temple availability and muhurat.
- Video recordings are shared within 48 hours; prasad is dispatched within 5–7 days.
4. Payments
Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; MandirSeva does not store payment credentials.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform — no fraudulent bookings, disrespectful conduct toward pandits, hate speech, or attempts to disrupt the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content — photographs, mantras, translations, videos, illustrations — belongs to MandirSeva or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rituals are performed with devotion and traditional accuracy. Spiritual outcomes are personal and subjective; MandirSeva makes no guarantee of specific material results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
9. Third-Party Services
Live darshan streams, courier delivery, and payment processing are provided by third parties. We are not liable for outages or delays caused by them.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of MandirSeva after changes constitutes acceptance.
