1. Pujas & Anushthan
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for 50% refund or free rescheduling.
- Once the puja has begun or been performed, no refund is issued.
2. Astrology Consultations
- Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the slot for a full refund.
- No-shows are not refundable.
3. Chadhava Offerings
Offerings are non-refundable once dispatched to the temple as the ritual is performed on the same day.
4. Store Orders
- Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.
- Change of mind: return within 7 days in unused condition; shipping is not refunded.
- Consecrated items (energised yantras, prasad) are non-returnable for spiritual reasons.
5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. International cards may take up to 14 days.
