- Delivery information: shipping address for prasad and sacred items.

- Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed for analytics and security.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To perform the puja, consultation, or offering you booked.
- To deliver prasad, recordings, and certificates.
- To send booking confirmations, updates, and support messages via email or WhatsApp.
- To comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We share only what is necessary with pandits, astrologers, temples, courier partners, and payment processors. We do not sell personal data.

We retain booking records for up to 7 years to satisfy statutory obligations. Marketing preferences can be updated any time from your dashboard.
