- Delivered by trusted courier partners; tracking shared via WhatsApp/email.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other locations: 5–8 business days.
2. Store Orders (India)
Dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery in 3–7 business days depending on location.
3. International Shipping
Available on request to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and most countries. Delivery in 10–15 business days. Customs duties, if any, are borne by the recipient.
4. Shipping Charges
Domestic shipping on prasad is complimentary with every puja booking. Store orders above ₹999 ship free within India. International shipping is billed at actuals at checkout.
5. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. If lost in transit, we will re-ship or refund after courier investigation.
