What is Anushthan?

An anushthan is a disciplined, time-bound mantra sadhana — typically 11, 21, 40 or 108 days.

Daily rules

  • Fixed time and seat (asana)
  • Pure vegetarian sattvic food
  • Brahmacharya
  • Sankalp before starting
  • Fixed mala count daily (commonly 11 mala = 1,188 reps)

Completion

On the final day, perform purnahuti homa and dakshina to a brahmin.

Our platform tracks your daily count, lets you submit progress notes, and issues a digital completion certificate at the end.
